Tom Jones is a craft pilsner-style lager brewed on the farm with Challenger and Fuggles hops grown on the farm. Tom Jones is a smooth and crisp lager with hints of vanilla followed by a clean citrus hop after taste. 5.1% ABV
Diablo is a full bodied, dark Spezial Pilsner style lager. This German Pilsner with a British twist is brewed with Tom's Challenger and Ernest hops, and helped along with a few hops from the Pacific North west. 6.6% ABV
Seraph is a full bodied, Spezial Pilsner style lager. Brewed with Tom's Challenger and Ernest hops, and helped along with a few hops from the Pacific North west. Spezial slots in between a Helles and bock in terms of flavour characteristic and strength. 6.6% ABV
