Seraph is a full bodied, Spezial Pilsner style lager.
Spezial is a stronger type of pale lager. Mostly brewed in Southern Germany, but also found in Austria and Switzerland, and now Worcestershire! Brewed with Tom's Challenger and Ernest hops, and helped along with a few hops from the Pacific North west.
Spezial slots in between a Helles and bock in terms of flavour characteristic and strength.
